I recently went to Guelph Village Dental for my first visit and I have never had a better experience at the dentist in my life. Everyone was so nice and fun. The hygienist was really gentle and informative and my teeth have never been so clean. Also the massage chairs and Netflix were a bonus.

Seems very technologically advanced.
I have always looked at going to the dentist the same as going to my doctor. I expect poor customer service, grumpy people and no personality from anyone, so I was blown away when I was greeted with a smile, called by my name and given different options for treatment. Definitely did not feel or look like a normal dental office. Seems very technologically advanced. All I had done was a cleaning and small filling but I was impressed with the level of service.

Great to be a patient here.
All of my previous dentists and hygienists would make me feel bad about my teeth and gums but when I come here they actually help me improve. They show me pictures and explain everything without making me feel guilty. Great to be a patient here.

From the warm welcome to the beautiful space, my experiences at Guelph Village Dental have been unlike any other trips to the dentist. The staff are so genuinely caring and the atmosphere they have created makes me feel so comfortable. What I value the most about my experiences here is the time taken by Dr. Mistry to explain the various procedures to help me understand the work being done on my teeth.
The new technology to enhance dental work, massage chairs, netflix on the ceiling, and friendly, knowledgeable staff definitely have me impressed.

Dr Mistry re-did the root canal and it has been completely pain free.
I had a root canal done years ago that has been bothering me for a long time. I saw several specialists who said they could not do anything to help. Dr Mistry re-did the root canal and it has been completely pain free. The TVs on the ceiling made the apointment go so quickly.

I have been looking for a good dental office for several years now. I am very happy that I took up my friend’s recommendation to visit Guelph Village Dental. In my 30+ years seeing various dentists across the Golden Horseshoe, this practice has to be the best by far. The office is extremely clean, modern, and has state-of-the-art equipment. The entire staff is professional, friendly, knowledgeable and they take the time to ensure that the service is to my satisfaction. I just started treatments for Invisalign and Dr. Mistry was very thorough in explaining the process every step of the way. I’ve also had three cleanings done so far and the hygienists were very gentle and efficient on each visit. I used to hate going for cleanings (at other places) but it really helps when your hygienists are great and you can watch Netflix during the procedures. I’m so glad that I finally found a great dentist with a great team.

Such a talented Dentist. Have nothing but great things to say about the quality of work and honesty. I came here for a second opinion on some work that had been recommended and they took the time to discuss all of my options and the benefits of each option. And they didn’t even charge me. When I had my old fillings replaced, Dr Mistry took pictures of my teeth and showed me why we had to replace them. Great experience.

A Breath of Fresh air. First off the Office is nice clean and spacious. Andrea at the desk is amazing, she is so kind, and explains the billing to you. The dental assistants know what they are doing, they are very competent, and very kind. Dr. Mistry, is very punctual, and very kind and does a great job explaining all options, etc.. I am so so so happy i changed from my previous “Dentist”. Feel very comfortable here. 🙂

I highly recommend Dr.Mistry's dental office.
Overall a great experience. Why, you ask? Well, the last time I visited a dentist was when I was 6 years old; I am currently 30 years of age. Dr. Mistry and his staff made me feel at ease. Everything speaks great, from the design and decor of the office, the smile of Andrea at the front desk to Dr. Mistry’s great bedside manner. I have been to a lot of Doctors and I usually can’t wait to escape their presence but this was different. Oh, and they also do great work. I had two cavities and was in desperate need of cleaning and everything was taken care of. I highly recommend Dr.Mistry’s dental office.
PS: The massage chair and Netflix are definitely an added bonus.

Everybody there went above and beyond
I put off having a VERY old bridge replaced for many years because of the fear of doing so. Eventually, I had to face the inevitable. Do it, or walk around with a prominent tooth missing for the rest of my life. And then I found Dr. Mistry and his engaging and hip team to tackle not only my dental issues, but also my dental chair anxieties. Everybody there went above and beyond the call of duty to help me relax. I got to catch a chair massage and watch a new documentary on Netflix all while getting the job done! Best part of all? Walking out of there with a new and improved smile, and the knowledge that I won’t have to dread my next appointment ever again is priceless to me. Thank you so much again, Guelph Village Dental. I’ll be telling everybody about you.

When I saw the results I was shocked at how nice my teeth looked.
I have never liked having any type of dental work done, even cleanings and check-ups. The cleaning I had here was the best I’ve ever had. They explained everything to me and showed me pictures of why I needed fillings. Then when I had my fillings done, they told me what they were doing and worked so quickly. I have never been a big fan of visiting the dentist even though it was only twice a year. I have to say after my visit with the team at Guelph Village Dental lead by Dr. Mistry, I definitely look forward to my next cleaning. From the second I stepped into the newly put together office I felt very comfortable and knew I would be well taken care of. The team is phenomenal and it really show’s that they love that they do. Dr. Mistry took the time and examined my teeth, was very through and educational in regards to what I needed to work on and what my next steps would be to fixing some of my issues. I wouldn’t trust any other team!

Everything was way better than I expected it to be.
I had an implant placed by Dr Mistry and it was a great experience. I thought it was going to be very painful but it was better than when I have had fillings or root canals. I almost cancelled the appointment because I was so scared but he and his nurse walked me through everything and kept me comfortable the whole time. He even called me that evening to see how I was feeling. Everything was way better than I expected it to be.

Not every dentist is the same! Dr. Ketan Mistry and his team offer direct, professional and comprehensive service with transparency and competency. After years of going to other dentists and having neglectful services done, I finally found Dr. Mistry and he and his team were able to correct issues created by previous dentists. His knowledge and experience is apparent in his work and he wastes no time in getting straight to the point and getting the job done. Another bonus is his office is in an easy to find location and is very new and modern, with all the latests dental technologies and instruments. I travel from Mississauga and it’s worth the trip.

I was recommended by a colleague and haven’t looked back…. commute to Guelph for the visits because of the excellent service. Very professional and friendly atmosphere.
